CB12 Whitening Mouthwash | REVIEW

Hello everyone!

I've been so busy recently with it being my birthday so it's taken me a while to get round to blogging but finally it's time to review the CB12 whitening mouthwash! This product claims prevent bad breath instantly and give you odour free breath for 12 hours. I generally don't have an issue with bad breath personally but I wanted something to just conquer that bad morning breath before I head off to work so I thought I'd give this a go! It also claims to have a whitening effect after 2 weeks which is even better!

I was sent this product for free to review, however this in no way affects my opinion toward this product.  I will review it as though I paid for it myself and give the most truthful comments that I can!

This can be bought from most places such as Boots or Amazon and it costs around the £15 mark which for a mouthwash, is quite expensive... The instructions state to rinse your mouth with 10ml of mouthwash for 30 seconds - 1 minute, gargle then spit out.

I've definitely given this mouthwash a good test and I can certainly say it does exactly what it says on the tin. I experience no bad breath when using this mouthwash however, since you are to use 10ml night and morning, you get through it super quick. With it costing so much money in the first place this is the only major downfall of this product. Though if you aren't fussed about the price and just want something you know will get rid of bad breath then this is a fantastic find for you!

I've had a fair few comments that my teeth are looking whiter and I, myself, have even noticed! So I'm extremely pleased with that because I expected it to conquer bad breath but I didn't have high hopes for the whitening side of this product.

All in all this product has shocked me since I didn't expect it to work as well as it does! The only negatives are the price and when using it for the first time I experienced a slight drying sensation in my mouth but it soon went after a couple of minutes so that's no major issue.

That's all from me today! Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed it. Don't forget to follow and +1 if you did.

Artis Dupe Brush set under £4 | Review

Hello everyone!

I'm back with yet another beauty bargain review. I'm constantly finding amazing yet affordable products that I can't wait to share with you all! I've seen sooo many mixed reviews of the Artis dupe brushes all over YouTube that I just had to give them a go to find out for myself. On Amazon you can find these under the name of "Ularma 4Pcs/Set Toothbrush Shape Eyebrow Makeup Foundation Brush Powder Brush Kits" - bit of a mouthful but worth it, trust me! They cost me around £4 with delivery. That's like £1 per brush which is incredible in comparison to the Artis Brushes priced at around £40/50 per brush. Madness!

So here's a little view of how the brushes look. First things first: I didn't have very high expectations of this set considering the price but I was pleasantly surprised! I waited around a week for these to be delivered which is nothing to moan about in all honesty. As you can see the design of the handle is nothing special, but for the price that was to be expected. They aren't ugly - just plain and simple. Can I just jump right in and say that these brushes are so incredibly soft?! I can't even begin to describe how good they feel on my face, and they apply makeup like a dream. They make it so quick and easy to apply products it's unreal! Especially when it comes to foundation, I've never found a brush that spreads and blends so well! The handle makes it really easy to grip and take control of the brush too which I absolutely love. I don't have the Artis brushes to make a direct comparison but I know they are incredibly similar in size, shape and softness. The only huge difference from what I can see is the handle design and the extremely ridiculous price!

The only real negative thing I have to say about this brush set is since they were so cheap they don't come with any kind of description of which each brush is for. I know this isn't necessary as it's pretty straight forward but for a beginner who might not be aware of which brushes to use where - it would definitely come in handy. One more thing I noticed too, especially with the larger face brush, the handle is pretty weak... I can't see it lasting too long as I'm fairly heavy handed. But for the price you seriously can't complain! I would recommend these to anybody and out of 5 I would give this set a high 4/5!

All in all, I am seriously shocked by how good this set was! I can't put these brushes down at the moment and I'm so glad I found them. Let me know what you think in the comments below! Also don't forget to follow and +1! My Instagram is - Sarahmua_

£1 Primark Lashes | Review

Hello all!
I'm back again with a quick review for you on the £1 lashes in the beauty section of Primark. So I spotted these the other day whilst I was having a nose around the store and I was in need of some lashes so I thought why not give them a go? You can't turn down cheap lashes like that! I really liked the look of these lashes so I picked up two pairs to try out. I got these in  "dramatic" and "full look".

First impressions? Useless... The first set of lashes I opened were the full look ones and as I was peeling them away from the plastic some of the lashes actually fell off the band. So of course I wasn't even going to bother trying to apply them so that was a waste of my precious pound coin but anyway, I proceeded to open the other pack and was much more gentle when removing the lashes. The dramatic lashes had a much more sturdy and thicker lash band which was good in the sense that they didn't actually fall off like the other pair but bad because it was much harder to disguise the lash band.

However, I must say I was very impressed that they contained eyelash glue. For £1 to get a pair of lashes and glue you can't knock it. Although I did decide to use my own glue from eyelure just to be on the safe side. Much to my dissapointment for some reason my eyelash glue didn't get along with these lashes... It just wasn't sticking whatsoever and I have no idea why. So then I decided to use the glue that came with the lashes and that worked out much better for me. I still struggled to get them to stick down though. They did look pretty good though, or so I thought anyway!

Here's how they looked when I had them on. I wouldn't say they look "dramatic" in fact I personally think they look fairly natural! For £1 though I can't complain really... Though if you do decide to pick  up a pair of these lashes be careful when removing them from the plastic! They are very flimsy. I actually managed to get around 3 uses out of these before they got too tacky so they are 100% reusable if you take care of them. They might not be as good quality as the high end brands but you know what they say, you get what you pay for! I would definitely purchase these eyelashes again.

So that's all from me today!
Let me know if you've tried any other Primark Beauty products before and what you thought! I want to give their line a go but not sure what to expect. So let me know what you thought in the comments.

Say goodbye to Sweaty Betty! | Review

First things first, I was sent this product as a free sample to try out but by no means will this affect my opinion. I will always provide an honest review to the best of my ability!

So now that little disclaimer is out of the way, I just wanted to say how excited I actually am to have found a product that works so well. I've never found anything like this in my entire life, like ever. An antiperspirant that genuinely works.

This roll-on is produced by a brand called Perspirex and I was sent this in "comfort". They do have an original and a plus version too. For those of you who aren't aware, Perspirex is an antiperspirant that protects against sweat and odour for 5 days!! You apply it at night to completely dry skin (once or twice a week) and there is no need to re-apply in the morning.

I'll be honest, I didn't have high expectations of this roll-on and I didn't think it would stop me from sweating. I was shocked that it actually worked and I was even more so shocked that it worked for as long as it said it would!

I work in a very warm environment so I'm always conscious of being sweaty/smelly so I've been looking for something like this for years. I often find with ordinary roll-on it takes far too long to dry and then leaves white marks on clothing, however you don't have to worry about that when using this! My armpits stayed as dry as a bone throughout a 10 hour shift where I was running around like a lunatic. I was absolutely amazed and I smelt fresher than a daisy!

This is also perfect for those with sensitive skin as it is fragrance free. Although I personally don't suffer with sensitive skin so I tend to spray a little bit of deodorant on to give my pits a nice extra scent. It's a genuine life saver I'm telling you now! I do believe you can buy this from most pharmacies such as Boots or even ASDA for example. It is also available to order online from Amazon! No more embarrassing sweat patches and no more embarrassing smells. I've used all of the top brands and none of them work anywhere near as good as this. I 100% recommend this to anybody!

I hope you've enjoyed reading and I hope I've helped you somewhat!! Don't forget to follow, +1 and comment with any questions.

Are lip enhancers the answer? | Review

Simply put,
- No.

I ordered the three different sizes of lip enhancer from Amazon and they are supposedly for different shape/size of lip and none of them did me any justice. The small oval was far too small to even go around my lips and my lips are hardly like Kylie Jenner... The medium oval was the perfect size for me but it took a while to be able to get them to actually stay on my lips by suction. The large probably worked the best since it was round in shape although I wouldn't recommend any of these. Not even to my worst enemy.

The instructions read that you should wet the area around the lips and put your lips into the enhancer and gently suck for 15-30 seconds. After one go I didn't see any difference whatsoever. I tried this about 4 times and finally saw some form of increase in the size of my lips but it doesn't last long at all - around 5 minutes.  It leaves a lot of redness around the lip area and causes the lips to turn dark blue/brown almost like bruising and it actually starts to feel painful.

Personally I think they seem to do more harm than good and I'm not going to try and sugar coat it because I genuinely don't recommend anyone buying these.. But that's my opinion, I don't know if I ordered a bad copy of these or what the issue was but they were certainly a waste of my £20!! I can't stress enough how disappointed I was by this product. I know many people who rant and rave about these lip enhancers but I just don't see how. I would usually show a before and after picture but the after picture looked so terrible I couldn't bring myself to post it,

So it looks like I'll be sticking to over lining my lips for now! If anyone has any recommendations to get juicy plump lips let me know in the comments below?

£3 highlighter from the gods | Review

Now who doesn't love a beauty bargain? I stumbled across this extremely cute looking highlighter for £3. For that price, I thought you can't go wrong... Even if I hate it and never use it again it's not like I've broke the bank and it's not the end of the world so I threw it in my basket. This product was made by a brand called Make-Up Academy (MUA) and they are so good for affordable high quality make-up. So far from their line I have tried their lip lacquers and many eye-shadow palettes and I have been very impressed. They are a UK based company however I believe they ship worldwide from their website. To have a look around at their products click here.

I've just realised I probably sound like one of their beauty ambassadors with the way I'm obsessing over this brand but I'm actually not! But I tell you what, it is absolutely amazing! I genuinely prefer it over any other highlighter I own right now. It looks gorgeous in the pan and it glides onto your cheeks like a dream. It's so so easy to blend and it leaves your skin with a healthy glow. Sometimes I like to put it in the inner corner of my eyes to make me look more awake on my bad days. It looks super cute.

As you can see from the photo of my highlight and contour below it gives a nice subtle goldish glow without making you look like a glittery unicorn. Although there's nothing wrong with that! It's going to last me a very long time since you don't need to apply much to your face, it also has a great staying power! I've noticed it lasts a good 8 hours, for the price you can't knock it. If you're on a budget this is definitely something you need to be investing in!

You can buy this from most drugstores or online and as I've mentioned earlier it only costs £3! I got mine from Superdrug and I'm seriously in love! I do believe there are more shades other than this iridescent gold so if you are after one with a more pinkish sort of tone then defintelty check out their other shades too! Let me know what you think of them too as I've not had chance to try them yet.

eBay's 99p matte lipsticks HOT or NOT | Review

Hello all!

So I've heard many mixed reviews on these various 99p matte liquid lipsticks you can find on eBay and I just had to try them for myself and for less than a quid you can't exactly go wrong!

Well off I went and chose a colour, ordered it and honestly forgot I even bought it because it took so long to be delivered but I guess it's to be expected for such an inexpensive product. Anyway, I opened it up and was pleasantly surprised by how cute the packaging was. As we all know packaging, weirdly, makes a huge difference on your opinion of the product!

Here's the product - it's called kissproof  now and you can find these on eBay in many different shades I chose this in colour 11. I love it because it's a dark red with a vampy sort of look which is so me.

I have to say how impressed I was with this lipstick, I was expecting a lip gloss sort of applicator but instead it's a chunky pencil. It's super easy to apply and it's not too thick, it doesn't smudge, it's basically going to stay on your lips all day and not budge. It's fab. You would literally think it's a high end product that cost you about £15 it's craaazy!

Here's how it looks on my lips

And if you hadn't of guessed.. HOT or NOT? Very hot! I would rate this a solid 8/10. I will be ordering more of these shades! If you want to hear more about the different shades I buy or you want me to do an eBay haul review then comment below! Don't forget to +1, follow, subscribe! Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Dupe | Review

Hello again,

I'm so so happy to be writing this blog post because I have finally found THE perfect dupe for the Anastasia Beverly Hills brow wiz. I have been searching for this all my life. I do honestly love the brow wiz but £15 for an eyebrow pencil when you're a student is slightly ridiculous. Especially since they run out so quickly!!

So I've genuinely been searching for a dupe for like, ever. I'm so picky when it comes to brow products because my brows are my pride and joy. I am especially picky on shades because I always seem to find brow products that look unnatural because they don't suit my hair colour. Tip: your eyebrows should be the shade of the darkest hair on your head.

Please excuse the skanky nail varnish, it's coming off today! Anyway... I came across the NYX eyebrow pencil. It has a little eyebrow brush on one end and the pencil itself the other end, very similarly to the brow wiz. I got this in dark brown, the same shade I used brow wiz in, and the colour match is perfect for me!! The pencil is so thin which makes it easier to make hair like strokes so that your eyebrows look fuller yet still natural. It basically does the same job as the brow wiz does but for a third of the price! I paid £15 for the brow wiz and only £5 for the NYX eyebrow pencil for it to do exactly the same job. High end brands don't always necessarily mean high end products! So yes I am absolutely loving this eyebrow pencil right now. I won't be going back to the brow wiz after this discovery.

The only problem I have with this dupe is that the eyebrow brush is nowhere near as good as the ABH brow wiz. But for £5 you can't go wrong!

Thanks for reading, comment, +1, subscribe and follow me if you enjoyed this!

How to get the Kim K contour on a budget!

Hey my lovlies!

So today I want to talk to you about how you can get the Kim K contour for less than £5! Every girl loves having the chance to get all dolled up for a special occasion, getting dressed to the nines and of course having your cheeks chiselled to perfection like a contour queen. But how do I do that on a budget of £5 I hear you ask?

...Well here's a moment of truth, I own both the Anastasia Beverly Hills contour kits in cream and powder which cost around £39 if I remember rightly and I prefer to use ordinary drug store concealers costing no more than £2/3 each, madness right!?

So the concealers I am aboslutely loving to contour with right now is the LA Girl pro conceal and I'm using these in natural to highlight and beautiful bronze to contour.

I do believe these are based in the US so if like me, you're not, this can be a pain but they are still easy enough to order from amazon/ebay or those sorts of places.

Anyway, so these concealers are amazing to contour and highlight with because they are so creamy and so easy to blend out without making your face look to cakey. The dark concealer won't make your contour look muddy either which is sometimes a problem I find with cheap cream contours, These concealers even come with an applicator on the end so you don't even need to find a suitable brush to apply them with which is so handy. And who'd have thought it for £2!? Bargain.

To blend these concealers out I just used a damp beauty blender (but you can use a brush too) and I then went over the contour using my sleek contour and highlight kit in light. I swear by this contour kit, and again, I prefer it to ABH which is crazy because its like 1/8th of the price! The highlight in the kit is incredible too, my favourite of all time.

To do my under eye area I prefer to use the Maybelline age rewind concealer because it's a far lighter shade and it sits better under the eye and doesn't crease up at all. This is my favourite under eye concealer at the moment I'm loving it! You can pick it up for around £8 in most UK  drug stores and similarly to the LA Girl pro conceal it has an applicator on the end but this is a sponge making it so easy to blend out.

Now, I'm not afraid to admit I'm no contour queen as of yet, but practice makes perfect. Below you can roughly see the areas I have (attempted) to apply the contour and you can only slightly see where I have highlighted. If you can't see, I have highlighted my forehead, down the middle of my nose, under my eyes, my cupids bow, the chin area, and under the cheek contour to make it more dramatic.

The before picture looks like a tragic mess, that's no lie. But I don't think the finished look is all that bad? Kind of? Anyway for only £5 who can complain!

That's all I wanted to show you guys! If you enjoyed reading don't forget to comment/follow/subscribe/+1. And check out my instagram - sarahmua_

*Born Pretty Store Goodies (REVIEW)

Hey everyone,

So I recently discovered an online store selling make-up, nail polish and jewellery called "Born Pretty". It's incredibly cheap and high end quality, I'm in love. I received some gorgeous wispy lashes and a waterproof long lasting lipstick. Below is a picture of the items,

First of all I'm going to talk about the lashes because I can't get over how incredible these are! They are so easy to use, they look great, they are reusable, and finally they are cheap. I always struggle putting eyelashes on but these went on with ease and they lasted all day. Also, they're very good quality and they don't look tacky. They are also cruelty free, just in case any of you were wondering. You can get these for $3.87 and you can find them here. You can also receive a further 10% off using my code SARH10, asif they weren't cheap enough! Here's how they look on, I just love them, they remind me of Kylie Jenner lashes.

Lastly, I want to talk about the long lasting waterproof lipstick. You can get these in 9 different shades from here from only $1.99. I got this in number 6 , they are very high quality and they last all day. Also, some lipsticks tend to dry your lips out but these don't, they actually moisturise them. They are very glossy and creamy and they just glide onto your lips. The packaging is also pretty cute, and let's be honest packaging actually plays a big part in this! Below you will find a swatch of the lipstick on my hand and a vague idea of the sort of shade this lipstick is. Again, if you want to order any of these lipsticks don't forget to get an extra 10% off by using the code SARH10

Thats all from me today! Don't forget to +1, follow or comment. Also for any business enquires you can contact me on sarahmua_@outlook.com

New Beauty Bargains!

Hey everyone,

seems like a lifetime since I last wrote on here! I really want to get back into posting a couple of times a week but I'm just soooo lazy. Anyway I just wanted to show you some beauty bargains I've picked up recently!!

So the other day I was having a browse in Poundland (please don't judge) and I noticed a little make-up stand, obviously that's the first thing that catches my eye! As I got closer I actually realised they had branded products on there such as Barry M, Rimmel London e.c.t. I don't know if this is information everybody knows and I'm late to the party but I was incredibly shocked by this! I also got a little excited and went on a little make-up haul, in Poundland, wow. Shocking those words just came out of my mouth! Anyway this is what I managed to pick up...

8 gorgeous dazzle dusts/fine glitter dusts! If any of you have never tried these before, they are pretty much like pigments, and they are so good. Usually if you pick them up from a drug store they will cost you anything between £5-7 whereas from Poundland... They were obviously a pound. So all of this for £8 when it should have been like £45!!!! I was expecting them to be in awful condition when I opened them, I won't lie. But they wasn't, they was all full to the top and in good condition, the only slight problem was that there was a little mess on the lid but you can't argue with that for the price. So all in all, this was a great find! I'm still getting round to trying them all out at the moment but so far, so good!

Also on my travels I picked up yet another Revolution palette, I'm obsessed with all of their products and palettes, as well as MUA. I just think they are fantastic! They are cheap as chips and are just as good quality and pigmented as the more expensive brands. This is the palette I grabbed...

There are such a wide range of shades and finishes on this palette which is why I really wanted this one! I had been looking for a palette with brighter colours for a while now and since it has neutral and dark colours with matte and shimmer eye shadows I knew I had to get it. I'm actually surprised how often I have been using this, there are so many day time colours in this and I'm still yet to try out the dark and mysterious night time colours, but I just love it.

Here is a cat eye look I created using my new make-up products...

Review of my new 'go to' matte foundation

Hello again my sweeties,

Today I just wanted to review the L'oreal Paris infallible matte 24hr foundation. I struggle to find a matte foundation that doesn't feel cakey on my face or throughout the day go greasy and shiny. However I had been seeing a lot about this foundation on  Instagram recently and I thought I would give it a go! So this is what the foundation itself looks like...

You can get this from your average drug store such as Superdrug or Boots and its fairly inexpensive, I got this for about £8. As you can see I got it in the shade 11 vanilla as I am very pale and even this shade is slightly too dark for me but it's fine, it gives me a little colour! So anyway, I was sooooo impressed when I tried this foundation, I put it on first thing in the morning and it lasted all through work and the rest of the day. It has really high coverage too and with a lovely matte finish. Not much else I can say about this other than that I very highly recommend it!

Fab Falsies

Hey cuties!

Seems like ages ago I wrote my last post, it also seems like I say that on every post too, hah! So in this post I just wanted to talk about some new false lashes I've discovered. I've not always been one to wear false eye lashes for many reasons, the main one being that I could never put them on properly! But practice definitely makes perfect. Also, they aren't the sort of thing I would wear daily but now and then it's nice to get dolled up!

I used to buy eyelure false lashes but always thought they were expensive, you can pay about £8 for one pair that you can only get a few uses out of. However, I was browsing on Amazon (again) and I stumbled upon a pack of 5 pairs of lashes for £1.33! I always seem to manage to find beauty bargains on Amazon. I was slightly wary of the quality of the eyelashes were going to be like considering the price but they are so cheap I just thought, why not?

Honestly, I'm so glad I bought them they are fab! They are soft, they look natural and they are easy to apply. You can reuse them too. The delivery is free of charge and they only took a couple of days to deliver which I thought was really impressive espeically condiering how inexpensive they were! Proper chuffed with this bargain  I am. So here is a picture of what they looked like once I opened the package.

I must add, the packaging isn't the nicest haha, and they definitely aren't English but who cares for £1.33!? The link to buy these is here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00SY4LUUS?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00

If you decide to buy these (which I strongly recommend) I suggest using the Due Eyelash Adhesive in the dark shade. I also love this glue because even if you are a mucky pup like me and get it everywhere, it's dark so less likely to be seen than in white. Although, the glue is just as good in white! It's definitely the best glue I have ever used, your lashes will certainly not be coming off in a hurry! You can buy this glue from most places, I also bought this from Amazon but ordinary shops sell it too. This is what it looks like for those of you wondering...

And lastly, I just wanted to show you how they look on. I had been wearing them all day when I took these pictures and the lashes didn't budge!

Thank you for reading my little lovlies! Don't forget to +1, follow, or comment. Also, my beauty instagram is sarahmua_ I'll follow back x

Pale Problems

Hi my little lovlies!

Just wanted to talk about something that has been stressing me out recently... So I literally have the worst complexion ever, spots and freckles on pale skin like who in the right mind thought that would be a good combination!? It's actually bugging me how pale my skin is like I'm practically borderline albino. I know there are some people that think it looks good and find it attractive but I personally don't and it's a nightmare for me!

Trying to find a suitable foundation is possibly the worst part of it because I often find that even the lightest shades of foundation can look too dark... And nothing looks worse than a girl wearing foundation that's about 5 shades too dark. I often find that the lighter shades can have a yellow tone to them which also just looks ridiculous on my skin. Usually when I find a shade does match, it doesn't have the coverage that I desire! I've tried so many different foundations it's unreal. There's only really one that I'm happy with which I want to share with all the other girls out there who struggle with their fair skin like me!

So this is the Rimmel London Wake Me Up foundation in the shade 010 (light porcelain). This may just seem like your average drug store foundation but trust me I've tried all the expensive brands such as Mac and still none compare to this! It has no yellow tone which is perfect for me it just looks so natural and it really brightens your complexion. It also a vitamin moisturising complex. What I love most about this is that it doesn't feel too thick on your face it just feels nice and natural but at the same time it gives you the coverage you need to the point where you don't even need to apply concealer which is an absolute deal breaker for me! Another bonus is that it only costs £5.99 whereas you can pay about £28 or more for a foundation which just doesn't do the job.

That's all from me today, hope I've helped somewhat! Any questions comment below or contact me, don't forget to follow and +1!

My May Make-up Favourites!

Hello again!

I feel I have been less active than I have been recently and that could possibly be down to an overload of work and exams at uni but I am very happy to say that's all over and done with now and I am home for summer! So hopefully I'll be much more active now and to start off with I'm going to be writing a bit about a few different make-up must haves I have discovered this month that I am so excited to share with you.

And to start things off I want to briefly talk about Mac's Velvet Teddy lipstick. I'm sure there are tonnes of reviews out there of this lipstick because it is literally amazing so I'll try and keep this short & sweet!

Wow. Right okay this is my all time favourite lipstick and I wish I'd have bought it sooner! It's such a neutral colour and you can pair it with absolutely any make-up look because its just so versatile. It's especially good when you have bright eye make-up or eye make-up that really stands out because the nude lips tone it down so it's not too much. It's also good for neutral looks because it just brings it all together. So all in all, perfect shade of lipstick! Mac lipsticks are also well known for lasting aaaagess on your lips, I can safely say I agree with this. Velvet teddy tends to last all day, even with eating and drinking and I'm an incredibly messy eater too and it's a real trooper when it comes to that! Sometimes when you buy matte lipsticks they can really dry out your lips which I hate but this lipstick has a hint of moisture too it but still has a matte effect which is perfect.

Next I would like to talk about the Technic False Eyelash Applicator...

Okay so these are like £1-2 on eBay/Amazon or anywhere, which is unbelievably cheap and they come in so handy, like they are arguably the greatest invention to this date! No exaggeration either... So this was obviously invented for people like me as I'm fairly gamy handed when it comes to applying false eyelashes it just doesn't work. They end up half way up my lid and I look like some sort of drag queen it's ridiculous! Then one day I was browsing through Amazon and came across this and for like £1.35 I thought to myself even if it didn't work I've hardly lost out, didn't think much of it at the time then it arrived and I gave it a try and it's undoubtedly amazzzzinggg. It doesn't even take long to get used to how it works either and now I have no problem putting on false eyelashes, and it's so much easier than using tweezers or your fingers! So if you struggle putting on false eyelashes, like me, this is a must have.

These other two discoveries I made this month happened when I was trying to find ways of getting Makeup Geek's Utopia pigment to stay in place and look as good as it should! And I was successful... I found these goddess' Mac prep + prime fix spray and Too Faced Shadow Insurance Glitter Glue.

These two products are the only two products I have found to work with this Utopia pigment. Both products are useful for different things but together are the perfect combination when working with pigments such as utopia as there is so much fallout and the pigments themselves are fairly chunky. When using the glitter glue I squirt the tiniest amount onto the back of my hand and using my finger apply it to the eyelid like you would an eyeshadow. This is the perfect base/primer when working with pigments because it is so sticky (like glue of course) and the pigments are going to stick to this sooo well so be careful with it! The prep+prime fix plus spray is wonderful for all manners of things... Its great to spray your face before and after applying your make-up and it is also great when it comes to pigments which I want to talk about mainly here. Utopia works best when applied slightly wet with a brush so it gives a metallic look but water just doesn't do the trick because it never tends to stick and just gets you in a glittery mess. Which is better than just a normal mess but it's a mess all the same! Spraying your brush once or twice with this spray and then applying the utopia pigment works wonders, here's a look a created using this today.

Let's talk brushes!

Hello angels!

Wow it seems ages since I wrote my last post, I've been slacking! Though I hadn't got round to it get but I have just been dying to share with you the new brushes I have had delivered and also my new Mac Brush Cleanser.

Some of you may have mistaken the brushes on the left to be real technique brushes, although they look very similar in colour and size they aren't! I'm a student so I can't afford to be paying extortionate amounts of money on make-up brushes at the moment so I thought I would give these a go. I was having a little mooch around on Amazon at their brushes and stumbled upon these beauties! The whole set of face brushes on the left only cost me £7.49 including postage which you seriously can't argue with. They are just as good as the real techniques in my opinion. The only problem I did find was that on a few of them the bristles can fall out though it's not a major issue. They are so soft on your face and they apply make-up beautifully!

Even more so, look at this comparison! Unreal, you can easily mistake these for real techniques so who needs to be paying around £8/£9 for this foundation brush alone when you can buy a whole set for less! I'm so glad I found these brushes.

As for the eye brushes on the right, I'm not as love struck with these as I am with the others though they are still brilliant. I mean, I paid £2.49 for this set which is an absolute bargain (again, from amazon)! They are incredibly soft on your eyes and are especially good for blending eye shadows. If you are poor like me and just need some decent brushes to tide you over until you can afford the branded ones I seriously recommend getting these! You can't moan at £2.49, can you? They even look pretty in your brush holder!

I also wanted to share with you how amazing my new Mac brush cleaner is! Oh my godddd, god sent. Seriously. Cleaning brushes is a woman's worst chore, right? Especially for me anyway. I'm such a lazy person, I hate cleaning my brushes, I put it off constantly until they are filthy and unusable! Shameful, I know :( But with this new brush cleanser it is soooo much easier to use and it gets them looking as good as new!

So this is what my new brush cleanser looks like, and isn't it just gorgeous?  I love how photogenic Mac products are!! So this cost me £11 from Mac which is arguably fairly expensive. Well, it is to me since I'm so used to buying drug store make-up but even I'd say this is worth it! I can tell it's going to last me a very long time since you only need to use a small amount of product. The way I use this is to fold a piece of paper towel in half and apply the brush cleanser, then dabbing the dirty brushes onto the paper towel and swirling it around until it is clean! As you can see from the mess I made, mine were fairly dirty...

Even if it did take me hours to clean them all it was so worth it! I never thought I would be able to get my brushes looking brand new again but I have. You can see how well it brings out every single eye-shadow colour and foundation from your brushes it's almost magical when you see how much comes out!

And here are my beauties, all nice and clean! I feel like a proud mother.

Anyway I should probably start some revision with it being exam season and all, so goodbye for now! Don't forget to +1, comment, subscribe or follow me on instagram at sarahmua_

Love you all x

Cocowhite Oil Pulling Review

Good evening my little lovelies,

today i just wanted to do a mini review of the cocowhite oil pulling for whiter teeth as I've just finished my 14 sachets!

I can honestly say that for only £19.99 these are worth every bloody penny! In only a matter of a few days i could already see the difference in the whiteness of my teeth and even the healthiness of my mouth in general. Also, it only takes up to 15 minutes of your day! All you have to do is empty the sachet into your mouth and swill for 5-15 minutes and it's as simple as that. Now I have used all the sachets I can honestly say my teeth look fabulous and I smile more often and with confidence! You can see the difference in the picture below which is actually amazing for just 2 weeks. So if you are looking for a teeth whitener that actually works then cocowhite is the one! And even better they use a completely natural formula which reduces harmful bacteria as well as whitening your teeth. The taste isn't that great I don't think but that's just my personal opinion and you can get other flavour which may taste better. It doesn't matter greatly because it's not like you swallow them but it would have been nicer to have a better taste.

322 Brow Line Brush By Zoeva Review

Hello beauties!

Just a short and sweet review today as I have so much work piling up and exams to revise for but I just couldn't help but feel the need to express my love for the 322 brow line brush by Zoeva!!

It even looks beautiful, just look at it! I ordered mine from Beauty Bay for only £5.95 which is a steal, especially for the amazing quality of the brush itself and it the fact that it even comes in it's own little zoeva brush bag. I actually don't know what I would do without this brush now that it is in my life and I would never go back to the Real Techniques brow brush that I was using previously. The Zoeva brow line brush literally shits all over it! (mind my language, but it seriously does)

Though I must be honest, I think the main reason I am completely infatuated with this brush is because of how beautifully the Anastasia dipbrow pomade applies with it. If you are using the dipbrow and you aren't using this brush I think you need to question your sanity. I would 100% marry this brush I love it so much! Christ, anybody would think I am advertising for Zoeva with the way I'm going on... As you can see it's a very short, thin, yet wide brush so this means that you can be really precise when applying your brow product which comes in really handy.

This is currently the only Zoeva brush that I have as I didn't want to order them all and completely hate them! After discovering this wonderful creation though I am definitely going to be ordering more and you can expect reviews of those too.

Any questions or anything, just comment below! Follow, subscribe and +1 if you enjoyed reading, it would mean alot, bye for now!

First blog post!

Hey everyone,

Okay, so basically, (as you can see) I've made myself a blog... Now I don't really expect thousands and thousands of people to read this as I'm rather quite boring so this has been made as more of a passtime.

Firstly, I would just like to clear up the fact that I am not a make-up artist nor do I ever intend to be one nor am I trying to pretend to be one! However, I do have a passion for make-up so you could say I am a make-up enthusiast... I'm not actually that great at applying make-up but practice makes perfect and I do enjoy playing around with it and finding new techniques and products! So really this blog was all about reviewing new products as trying and testing out new make-up is like my favourite thing, ever, seriously. I live for it.  So I thought I may as well put it to good use and review all the new make-up I buy! Plus it gives me a reason to buy more... Asif I needed one anyway.

Also, this is my first time I've ever tried to use one of these bloggy website thingys so do bare with me as I honestly don't have a clue what I'm doing and if I make spelling and grammar errors do forgive me! I get carried away sometimes.

So the first thing I am going to be reviewing is the Anastasia Beverly Hills brow wiz and dipbrow pomade as these are the holy grail of brow products! And also brows are life so. This is pretty important shit right here. Yes, they both really are as amazing as people say they are.

I'll start with brow wiz, so here is the pencil itself:

On the right you have the brow brush and on the left you have the pencil. Brow wiz gives more of a natural look for your eyebrows compared to the more defined dipbrow. It is excellent at mimicking actual hairs so for sparse brows like myself, this is a godsend for drawing yourself some natural eyebrows! If you are UK based you can buy this from beautybay for £15.50 which may seem quite pricey compared to your usual high street branded brow pencils but for the quality you are getting it is seriously worth it. I honestly cannot live without it now! I personally use this in medium brown though I may go darker next time I buy it, they have so many different shades perfect to match every hair colour so there are no worries there!

And last but not least dipbrow pomade!

Bad brow days do not exist with this heavenly creation! I use this product and the brow wiz in medium brown and I will never go back to my average drug store brow pencils ever again!! Though again quite pricey at £15 from beauty bay it's still worth it. Since you use such small amounts on your brush it can last for so long and your brows will undoubtedly look fantastic and if that's not a good enough reason to buy it, I don't know what is! This works really well with the zoeva brow brush too, applies nice and neat so that you don't end up with slug brows.

Anyway, on the topic of brows, here is a pictorial of my brow transformation using these fab products!

I think that's enough from me anyway, I think it's fair to say I have probably bored you to death but anything to put off revision for exams and what not!
